Caipirinha Cocktail

Plenty of lime slices, sugar, and cachaça rum are muddled for this classic Brazilian cocktail.


Prep Time: 5 minutes Yield: One cocktail


INGREDIENTS:


1 lime

2 tbsp sugar

2 ounces cachaça rum


Cut the lime into 8 slices and place the slices in a cocktail glass. Mix in the sugar and crush the lime/sugar mixture with a muddler. Add the cachaça rum, and stir. Add the ice, stir again, and serve.
