Vegan Option substitutes milk for milk alternative
Ingredients:
1 can full fat unsweetened coconut milk (not cream of coconut)
1/3 cup milk or milk alternative (almond, cashew, soy)
1/4 cup pineapple or vanilla simple syrup
1 large frozen banana
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Matcha Powder (adjust for taste and color)
2 tsp lime juice
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
Place in ice cream maker and churn until firm according to directions.
