Fresh blackberry simple syrup and coconut rum work really well together, especially when vodka is also involved. Another reason to add flavored simple syrups to your bar arsenal! Enjoy!
Prep Time: 5 minutes Yield: One martini
INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce RumHaven Caribbean Rum with Coconut Liqueur
1 ounce Blackberry Simple Syrup
juice of one lime wedge
1 tsp heavy cream
In an iced cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. Shake for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a salt and sugar rimmed martini glass. Garnish as desired.
