INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 ounce coconut rum
1/2 ounce Chambord liqueur
4 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
Garnish as desired - Tajin makes it magic, also a salt/sugar rim is a nice contrast, since the drink is somewhat sweet and strong.
In ice filled cocktail shaker filled, add ingredients. Shake for 20-30 seconds and strain into martini glass. Enjoy, slowly!
