Fruity & Fiery Peach Martini - the perfect Spring Cocktail

This fiery peach cocktail recipe speaks of Spring. Ancho Reyes chili pepper liqueur cocktail brings heat to the sweet creamy peach nectar. Tajin adds a peppery lime punch. You can also serve this over ice for lazy day cocktail sipping.


TAJIN PEACH MARTINI

Prep Time: 5 minutes Yield: one cocktail


INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 ounces peach nectar

  • 1/2 ounce Ancho Reyes chili pepper liqueur

  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka

  • dash of Tajin

  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (flavored or plain)

  • squeeze of lime


  • Tajin and lime to rim the martini glass


Place all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well, and strain into a martini glass rimmed with Tajin. Optional fruit garnish shown here - fresh mango dipped in...surprise....Tajin! 😉
